COMPLAINT
My gas bill went up 30.00 and I know of someone who’s bill only went up 15.00. How can that be as I would be using less gas because the other person has more people in their home?
I called in and had to leave a message on Mrs Bolden’s voice mail but never received a return reply.
I’m not happy.
I’M NOT SATISFIED.
Missouri Gas Energy is ripping all of us off! I am so tired of paying these people almost 25.00 a month, for the mere privledge of allowing them to send me a bill! Plus this COST OF GAS CHARGE which doubles the bill! I have an actual usage of around 9.00 in summer. YET my bills are over $45.00! It’s hard enough to make ends meet, especially if you’re on unemployment. How can they get away with all of these frivolous charges?? MORE people need to complain to the Public Service Commision. I am fed up with them!
